  • Our standard labor rate is $200 per hour for regular service. Emergency, after-hours, and holiday service is billed at $285 per hour. Travel charges are $3.00 per mile from zip code 87035. A one-hour deposit is required upfront to schedule service, which will be applied to your final bill. Please note that all service calls have a three-hour minimum billing requirement. Mileage charges will be calculated and billed upon job completion.

  • Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for scheduling and administrative matters. Regular service hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Any service before 7:00 AM or after 6:00 PM is considered after-hours and will be billed at the higher rate.

  • Emergency service applies when a repair is needed immediately and cannot wait for the next available scheduled opening. These calls are billed at our emergency rate of $285 per hour.

  • We service both mobile and stationary generators ranging from 5kW to 1MW. We work with all manufacturers and have extensive experience with diesel and gaseous generators. We are authorized dealers for:

    • Generac

    • Wildcat Power

    • Champion

     

    We also have significant experience servicing many other brands including Kohler, Cummins/Onan, Caterpillar, Olympian, Multiquip, Atlas Copco, Wacker Neuson, and more.

  • We provide generator service throughout the entire state of New Mexico.

  • For non-emergency service and routine maintenance, we recommend scheduling 2-3 weeks in advance. Emergency service is available for urgent situations that cannot wait.

  • We offer a 30-day warranty on our labor. Parts are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.

  • Service can be requested in three ways:

    • Through our website service request link

    • Via our customer portal

    • By calling our office

     

    Once you submit a service request, we'll work with you to find an available spot on our calendar. After agreeing on an appointment time, you'll receive an invoice via email. This invoice must be paid online or over the phone to secure your appointment slot. Please note that appointments may be subject to change due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

     

    As part of our service agreement, we require a credit card to be kept on file for the duration of our client/service provider relationship.

  • For the safety of our technicians and the quality of our work, service calls may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions including but not limited to:

    • Lightning storms

    • Heavy rain or flooding

    • Severe winds

    • Snow and ice

    • Extreme temperatures

     

    If weather conditions require us to reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new service time. Your safety and the safety of our technicians is our top priority.
